This license governs use of the DevArch repository and all its contents — including documentation, methodology descriptions, agent definitions, scripts, workflow guides, hook implementations, and all related materials (collectively, the “Materials”).

Terms of Use

  1. Evaluation. You may review these Materials solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential purchase or license agreement.
  2. No Unauthorized Use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works based on these Materials without a valid license agreement.
  3. Purchase / License. To obtain a license to use these Materials in your organization, contact David Cornelson.
  4. No Warranty. These Materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Trial License

DevArch offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all Materials. Trial use is governed by a separate Trial License Agreement with the following key terms:

  1. Evaluation Only. Trial access is granted solely for evaluating the Materials for potential purchase. No production use.
  2. Intellectual Property Protection. The methodology, agent architecture, skill definitions, workflow patterns, notation systems, session management approach, capability activation system, and behavioral testing framework are and remain the sole intellectual property of the Licensor.
  3. No Incorporation. Evaluator shall not incorporate, adapt, replicate, or re-implement any concepts, patterns, architectures, or methodologies from the Materials into any product, service, platform, tool, or internal system without a separate written commercial license.
  4. No Derivative Works. Evaluator shall not create derivative works, competing products, or substantially similar methodologies based on or inspired by the Materials.
  5. Corporate Reuse. If Evaluator or Evaluator’s employer incorporates any intellectual property from the Materials into a commercial product, internal tool, platform feature, or service offering without a commercial license, such use constitutes infringement. Evaluator and Evaluator’s employer shall be jointly liable for commercial licensing fees plus damages.
  6. Survival. Intellectual property obligations survive the expiration of the trial period indefinitely.
  7. Expiration. Upon trial expiration, access is revoked and all local copies must be deleted. A full license may be purchased to continue use.
